The majority of our clients are fully provisioned and ready to go within 8 hours. However, depending on the complexity of your requirements, it may take up to 72 hours to fully provision your services.

Does your hosting come with phpMyAdmin?2017-10-29T18:34:10+00:00

By default, no. The reasoning behind this is that phpMyAdmin is a known target for hackers, and we want to ensure security against those kinds of threats. We suggest using Sequel Pro (OS X), or Toad for MySQL (Windows) to interact with your database, both of which are free to download.

If absolutely required, we can make an exception and install phpMyAdmin by request. However, please familiarize yourself with the inherent security risks involved with this.

No. This is generally left up to you, the user, to implement. However, we do offer backups for a small additional fee, per month. Please submit a support request after signing up to arrange this service.

How do I migrate my existing website?2019-01-04T12:52:44+00:00

Once you have signed up for service and confirmed your email address, please submit a support request with type “Migrate Existing Site.” You will be required to provide access to your current web hosting (FTP/SFTP, Control Panel, and WordPress admin), or the raw files and a copy of your database.

There is no need to wait for your hosting to be fully provisioned to take this step. In fact, the sooner you let us know that you require a migration, the sooner we can get your hosting up and running.

Can I access my web hosting through FTP/SFTP?2019-01-04T12:52:57+00:00

Yes. We use the more secure SFTP.
