Once you have signed up for service and confirmed your email address, please submit a support request with type “Migrate Existing Site.” You will be required to provide access to your current web hosting (FTP/SFTP, Control Panel, and WordPress admin), or the raw files and a copy of your database.

There is no need to wait for your hosting to be fully provisioned to take this step. In fact, the sooner you let us know that you require a migration, the sooner we can get your hosting up and running.
